It's Garbage Day, again

16.5 degrees and overcast at 7:00 a.m.

Here is the WKTV Weather Forecast:

"Sunshine gives way to clouds today as the next weather system approaches from the west.  After a cold start, temperatures will return into the mid 30s late this afternoon.
Cloudy skies tonight with rain, briefly mixing with snow, sleet, freezing rain.  A few slick spots are expected north and east of Utica, where the snow and sleet will last until about midnight.  Lows in the low 30s.
Warmer weather will finally arrive in Central New York tomorrow, with highs in the mid to upper 40s.  Cloudy skies with rain for most of the afternoon.
Much more seasonable temperatures are expected for the weekend and early next week.  Rain returns Saturday night along with high elevation snow.  Mild on Monday, with highs near 50."
