School is Closed or After-school Activities get Canceled,
as they were yesterday,
and then the predicted Storm fails to deliver?
I have about 3" of new snow on my front porch!
But it is bitterly cold and meteorologists at both Channel 2 and TWCNY are warning of
ICE on ROADS and WALKWAYS!
