THE EVIDENCE THAT THIS IS TRUE

Although there are no WCS Sports Events shown on the DigitalSports schedule, I think that these ladies must be members of the Girls' Track Team, out for an afternoon run yesterday.

In one of my flower beds the first Daffodil sprouts have emerged .....

.... and my "Snow Stake," painted a different color at each 12", appears ready to collapse!

There are more and more catkins on Pussy Willows ......

................. and Weeping Willows have a golden tinge.

The Killdeer, which are about robin-size and easily recognized by their distinctive brown/black & white markings, have arrived in Hanover and are seen skimming rapidly just a foot or two above corn stubble in search of good nesting spots.

Throughout the community "frost heaves" and "pot holes" are becoming more numerous and challenging, and

The Waterville DPW Street Sweeper made it's Springtime debut, yesterday.

"Occasional Showers /Snow Showers

Scattered rain and wet snow showers will remain in the forecast today before a drier air mass builds back in Friday. Temperatures will continue to top out in the upper 30s and low 40s right into the first half of the weekend. Colder air works back in on Sunday with highs near 30.

Temperatures will likeley be stuck in the 20s on Monday before warming back into the 30s by the middle of next week."
